State laws for fire safety are changing from state to state, and Langenfeld is working with Kidde to stay on top of the new legislation.

            On Friday November 13, 2009 Langenfeld attended a Fire Safety Event at Carr Hardware, a True Value store in Massachusetts.  With the help of Alan Field, our field representative for the area, and Chris Calabro, Kidde’s Residential and Commercial Sales Director, the event went off without a hitch. 

            We presented compliant smoke and CO detectors, held a raffle for free product, and handed out some free samples.  There were even two local fire marshals on hand to make sure the new legislation for fire safety was being properly explained to the store’s customers.

            The store’s management, as well as the store’s customers, were blown away by our product knowledge, as well as our familiarity with the changing laws.  Events like this prove that Kidde and Langenfeld are on top of their game, as well as strongly focused on the future.
